Marly Gonzalez- Celebration of Life

She was a talented, smart, beautiful, funny girl that was full of life. She had the biggest heart, made everyone around her laugh, and a smile that would light up the whole room. She was loved by many and will always be in the hearts of those whose lives she touched.
On Monday, 2/1/16 Marly admitted herself into the ER for back pain and vomiting that she had been experiencing for a few days. She was diagnosed with pancreatitis and was kept at the hospital so that they could treat the infection. By Tuesday she was in the ICU as her condition continued to worsen and by Wednesday morning her progress was not good.
Gina, Marly’s Mom, was able to fly to California to be by Marly’s side and by the time she arrived Marly was in septic shock, her kidneys and liver were failing and she was in a fully induced coma. That evening Marly went into cardiac arrest, the medical team tried diligently to bring her back, but they were unable to restart her heart.
On Wednesday 2/3/16 the world lost an amazing young woman. Our beautiful daughter, sister, granddaughter, niece, aunt, classmate, and friend Marlayna Leilany Gonzales passed away suddenly at the age of 18.
She was surrounded by her loved ones, her Mom Gina, Brother Ish, Aunts; Sophia, Martha, Claudia and Yvette, Uncles; Cesar, David, Jaime, Henry, Cousins; David, Anthony, Abby, Genesis, Eric, Isaac, Zeke, Lil David and Grandpa Paul, Grandma Maria and Lulu.
In an effort to support a dear family in need of help at this time, all contributions will go towards Marly’s overwhelming and burdening medical expenses, cremation and celebration of life service . Any amount would be greatly appreciated.
