Welcome to Tristan's fundraiser for Marlow Opportunity Playgroup.
Our little boy Ardi was diagnosed at 8 months old with a rare genetic condition called STXBP1. Ardi has highly complex needs and is unable to attend mainstream nursery/school, and MOP is an incredible charity that enables children like Ardi to access the support, development and interaction that all children need.
MOP is the only nursery of its kind in the area, and relies on both Government funding as well as their own fundraising efforts and donations. MOP children require 1-2-1 care, the staff are amazing, and the children need this service. Without it, Ardi and his friends at MOP would have nowhere to go....!

So, I am raising money through a series of events in 2025 to help MOP raise some much needed funding and help Ardi and children like him to continue to benefit from this amazing place.
We will be holding a family-friendly 6-a-side at Slough Town FC on Sat May 10th (everyone is welcome to watch a load of old boys who used to be good, try to play football) and I am also running the Thames Path Ultra Challenge (hopefully finishing it this time......) on September 13th (100km from Putney to Henley).
Anything you can contribute would be highly appreciated and both me and the team at MOP will be very grateful for any support.
