OUR STORY
At Marley’s Monsters, we have an amazing team of sewers that make reusable solutions for single use products. In response to the unfolding COVID-19 health crisis, we came together to evaluate how we could use the unique skill set of our incredible team in the hope of keeping the healthcare professionals on the front-line safe. We have retooled a portion of our operations to begin producing masks for these health care workers. As we have done so, we discovered there is an overwhelming demand for these masks.
Our masks are designed to be worn over the top of an N95 mask commonly used in healthcare - this shielding technique is thought to greatly increase the useful life of these critical masks. Additionally, our masks have an open top design which would allow filter material to be placed inside to improve the mask’s filtration capabilities. These covers are washable, allowing medical professionals to use them multiple times. Our mask covers are recognized by the CDC as a crisis solution when no other options are available.
We are excited to have been contacted by the office of Senator Ron Wyden regarding our efforts. We have the manufacturing capability of positively affecting thousands of lives. Our cutting table is capable of cutting fabric for 11,700 masks at a time and our sewers are hard at work on production.
All donations will go to cover the cost of materials, labor, and processing to produce masks that will be donated. We are already in communication with doctors and other health care professionals who are in dire need for these masks. This donation will help keep our production costs covered as we collectively work to meet the demands of this unique crisis.

Our business philosophy revolves around reusing and re-purposing what we already have. We discovered that we could use our already existing cuts of cloth wipes to create these masks, helping us keep costs down.
For every $10 donated we will produce and ship 4 washable and reusable N95 Mask Covers to health care professionals.
