We are creating this page for our close friend and her family, who are facing every parent’s worst nightmare. No mother should ever have to say goodbye to her child, especially in such a tragic and senseless way. Marley was taken far too soon, and the pain of losing him has left a heartbreak that words can barely touch. The shock of his loss has rippled through everyone who knew him.

Marley was full of life, passion, and promise. He loved cooking, football, and music — and he had a smile that could light up any room he walked into. He was a much-loved young man, not just by his family, but by so many people across the entire community. Losing him has left a space that can never, ever be filled.

As we try to navigate this unimaginable time, all we want is to give Marley the beautiful send-off he deserves and to honour the incredible young man he was.
