As many of you know, I was recently diagnosed with colon cancer, which has resulted in an unexpected loss in wages/monies, as I am unable to work until further notice.

I am truly fortunate to have Health Insurance that will cover a portion of my hospital bills; however, I will need to pay the remaining costs out-of-pocket. Therefore, I am kindly requesting your assistance during this difficult time. My hope is to cover any medical bills and personal expenses associated with my recent diagnosis.
