My name is Maria Marleny Perez, on June 9, 2015 my husband found a lump on my right breast. Of couse many things came to my head but we scheduled an appointment with my doctor the very next day. After examining my doctor recommended an ultrasound and with that also came a biopsy. On June 23, 2015 I was officially diagnosed with stage 3 Breast Cancer. This was very shocking news, less than 2% of women my age get this type of cancer, but we had to be positive and fight this disease with all our power. 

As of Septermber 26, 2015 I am half way with the 8 cycles of chemotherapy. My medical team is observing how well the tumor is responding to the medicine and from there we can decide if a masectomy or a lumpectomy is the best option. The emotional and financial burden of battling breast cancer at only 23 has really taking a toll on us. Here is where this fund comes in. We have medical bills pilling up and we decided to reach to our amazing friends and family in this time of need. Any donation, even a single dollar, is greatly appreciated and will be a huge help for us,

-Medicine (chemo and other medications needed).
-Fertility Treatment
-Surgery and Reconstruction
-Any unanticipated costs.
