Marlenna’s Mission to Beat Cancer

On April 29th, Marlenna received devastating news that she was diagnosed with adenoid cystic carcinoma, an extremely rare form of cancer. From the day she was diagnosed, Marlenna has had to navigate countless trips to doctors offices, imaging appointments, and consultations to plan for a frightening and complex road to recovery. On June 6th, Marlenna will undergo a 10 hour operation to remove the cancer. After that, Marlenna will spend weeks in and out of the hospital. Due to the nature of this cancer, Marlenna will have to get scans for the remainder of her life to ensure the cancer does not return.

If anyone knows Marlenna, they know she does not ask for help because she is an absolute amazing mother to her two children and a FIGHTER. We ask as her loved ones to support in any way possible to help ease Marlenna’s long road to recovery.
