As many of you may already know my mother was diagnosed with breast cancer at the end of last year. She has been undergoing chemo for the past 6 months and is finally finished! She still needs to have her bilateral mastectomy, radiation, and reconstructive surgery, which will happen this spring. After that she will begin hormone therapy for the next 5 years. She has been such a fighter, so many people have had no idea that she was even sick, and I am so proud of her. Despite the strength in her character, the medical bills have been, and will continue to add up and that is why I am raising this money. Any donation that you can make will help! 

For those of you who don't know my mother very well, here is a little about her:

She has three wonderful kids, my sister Kirsten, my brother Alec, and me, Hailey. She lost my father, Curtis, in 2005 in a motorcycle accident  and has raised us by herself ever since. She has been a nurse for over 20 years welcoming new life into this world as a labor and delivery nurse, and gracefully guiding life out as an ICU nurse. She has saved many lives, and now she is fighting for her own. She is the most resilient, strong-willed, selfless woman I know and so I hope that you can help to ease her battle by donating for medical bills.
