Dearest Friends & Family,

With heavy hearts we let you know that our dear mother, Marla Gordon, passed away on Friday, September 24th. She was at home surrounded by family.

We would love for you to join us at the memorial on Wednesday, September 29th at Harper’s Funeral Home in Avilla. (530 N Old State Rd 3 Avilla, IN 46710.) Friends may call from 10a-1p with a service beginning at 1pm. A private burial will follow.

Our mom was well loved by so many and some of you have reached out to us to ask how you can help us during this time. Know that your kindness is much appreciated as we navigate this heart breaking moment.

We kindly ask that those who knew and loved our mom donate funds toward the memorial service so we can carry out her final wishes and say our last goodbyes.

We’ve been overwhelmed with gratitude from all of your prayers and kindness over the past year of our Mom’s treatments. For those who are unable to donate but would still like to help, your continued prayers for our family’s peace and healing are appreciated more than we can say.
