On the evening of May 11th, Mark W. Taylor was playing a mixed doubles tennis match at Forsythe Park in Monroe, LA. During the match, a high ball went over Mark’s head and he backed up, preparing to hit it. As he did, he fell backwards and struck the back of his head against the cement court surface, fracturing his skull. Emergency personnel were called, and Mark was rushed to the ER at St. Francis. Since then, Mark has been in ICU in a coma. Doctors say his injuries are considered life-threatening.
Mark has a tremendous amount of friends, and we want to help him and his family in this time of need. We are raising money to help offset medical expenses and other financial obligations that arise during difficulties like this.
This is obviously a really difficult time for his family. They are so appreciative of your prayers and well wishes.
