Hello,

my name is Marisa and I’m the wife of Markus. On august 29th I got the worst phone call someone could ever imagine. I got a phone call from my husbands phone and it wasn’t him, it was the cop informing me my husband was in a bad motorcycle accident. My husband had to be flighted for life to a level 1 trauma center and was worked on all day and night. He had emergency surgery that night and has many more surgeries to go. We have a 2 year old son that I am trying to raise as well while trying to figure out how I am going to pay for all of this along with how am I going to work, support our child. So I am asking help just for medical bills and loss of income for him. He will be in the hospital for quite sometime along with needing extensive therapy. I am not one to ask for help but I really do need help. I need help/assistance trying to make ends meet financially.

Our background, Markus is one of the most dedicated hard working man you can think of. Provides for his family, so loving and a very energetic person, always has to be on the go. We met 13 years ago and got married 3 years ago, we have a 2 year old son together. I am a registered nurse with long term care, rehab experience. That’s where my background is until recently when I made a change in my job. I am well aware of is long road ahead of him. He will be out of work for at least a year is my impression because of all of his injuries. Plus we have some more surgeries to go. Along with all of his rehab that he will be doing once he is healed enough to start. We are going from a 2 person income household to a single income household. This is extremely hard financially now for us. Any little amount is greatly appreciated. I thank anyone who shares this and donates. Please know I will try and update as much as possible.
