Hi, my name is Mark and I'm raising funds for bariatric sleeve surgery and surgery to remove the excess skin that is left after weight loss.

I have been overweight the majority of my adult life.

In 2018 I developed an infection from cellulitis and the infection spread throughout my body. The infection caused the sinoatrial node in my heart to stop working and I have total heart block. My knees over time have succumbed to the excess weight and the cartilage in the knee joints are now non existent and so I basically am bone on bone in my knee joints.

My doctors have advised that I need to lose the weight. My health insurance does not cover bariatric surgery and I have depleted my savings from past medical bills.

I am pleading for help to cover the surgeries to help me lose weight so that I can regain some dignity and be able to stabilize my health
