Support Mark's Urgent Power Needs

Hi my name is Mark Ridge and I have a bit of a problem, Duquesne light shut off our power and I am on oxygen and other medical condition. They do not care if I live or die without oxygen I could be in big trouble. We have payed them some money but not enough so I am asking for some help.
