My name is Mark Palms. I have battled skin cancer almost half of my life. For years pre cancers were common, until 2017 when a major squamous cell cancer required surgery and skin graf. Then six years later a tumor appeared on my neck and The tumor along with lymph nodes were removed. This was followed up with radiation for 35 weeks.

All seemed ok until last August when my back was in constant pain. I returned to my oncologist who discovered the squamous had metastasized to my spine. That did not sound good. 18 lesions were present. A team worked up a plan. I finished 10 radiation treatments followed by nine infusions of an immunotherapy drug. We completed 6 treatments and the PET scan showed good progress. Then recently I was rushed to ER because of low o2 numbers (82)..

I was released 2 days ago and now will live with o2 until my condition improves.

i am reluctant to ask for financial help, but the bills are flowing in and may continue for some time. I appreciate any prayers and or funds to help out.. - Mark
