Mark Conboy's Family Tragedy fund

This fund has been set up to assist the Conboy family in dealing with the aftermath of the car accident which occurred June 12, 2016.  Mark and two of his children were traveling back to Dallas after visiting family in Illinois when they were involved in a tragic car accident. Unfortunately, their 11 year old daughter Alexa passed away in the accident.   Mark sustained critical injuries including multiple fractures of both legs, spine, ribs and scapula (16 broken bones total) and ruptured spleen which required 27 units of blood replacement. He has been hospitalized since the accident and has undergone multiple surgeries and will require several more to repair his legs. He will be in a wheelchair and hospital bed for the next 10-12 weeks and it will be 6 months before he can attempt to bear weight or walk.

The funds will help to defray the cost of funeral expenses as well as Mark's extensive rehab and recovery.  Any remaining funds will be donated to various charities in Alexa's name.
