ٱلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُمْ وَرَحْمَةُ ٱللَّٰهِ وَبَرَكَاتُهُ
Dear brothers and sisters!
I pray that this finds you in the best of health and imaan.
Alhamdulilah we have reached the blessed month of Ramadan!
Unfortunately, this year due to the current circumstances masjids have been closed meaning all prayers, gatherings and charitable deeds could not take place.
However, the good work does not stop and the masjid is in need of your generous donations to continue to provide dawah, education, prayer facilities, funeral facilities works for the on-going refurbishments of the madrassa and much more!
The West Bromwich and wider Community has always supported the Masjid during its existence and we are forever grateful. At this difficult time, there is an even greater need for your charitable donations so please donate generously during these last few days of this most blessed month of Ramadan.
Narrated by haritha bin wahab al-khuzai
I heard the Prophet ﷺ saying, "(O people!) Give in charity (for Allah's cause) because a time will come when a person will carry his object of charity from place to place (and he will not find any person to take it) and any person whom he shall request to take it, I will reply, 'If you had brought it yesterday I would have taken it, but today I am not in need of it." (Sahih al-Bukhari)
There is no better time to give charity than the blessed month of Ramadan! The month of mercy, the month of blessings!
Muhammad ﷺ said "Charity extinguishes sins, just like water extinguishes fire" (Al-Tirmidhi).
"The believer's shade on the Day of Resurrection will be his charity" (Al-Tirmidhi)
Please donate generously and share with your friends and family. May Allah swt reward us in this world and the next, forgive our sins, protect and keep us all safe. Ameen.
