He is a son, a brother, a father and a dear friend. A cyclist and weightlifter.

It’s been a challenging few years for Mark. His father passed away suddenly, Mark endured an eye injury that nearly blinded him, a separation and divorce, all of which occurred while working to rebuild his life.

DIAGNOSED WITH STAGE 3N

COLON CANCER…

Mark underwent a horrific year of chemotherapy, radiation, more chemotherapy, and two major surgeries.

He was out of work for 7 months as a result.

Mark recovered from it all...

He went back to work only to face the threat of a layoff. He was told he had to move out of the house he lived in for two years right after surviving the fight for his life. Because he was on disability, he couldn't get a mortgage so he made another move to a new place with the help of many friends.

Now he has a new job, but with less than stellar health insurance. Mark has absolutely no savings left because of the exorbitant cost of his medical bills. He doesn’t even have enough time in to qualify for disability!

Mark finds himself back in the fight with the most recent, devastating discovery of a CANCEROUS TUMOR ON HIS LIVER ONLY 8 MONTHS LATER.

Extensive treatment is necessary ASAP!

Mark is racing to get the care that he needs all while having to work full time to stay afloat and fight for his life to survive cancer again.
