Mark made hundreds, if not thousands of friends over the years. Whether Mark played with you in a band, taught you the ins and outs of the beverage service industry, mixed up a signature cocktail for you across the bar, or he walked you through a store stocking you up for your party . . . Mark almost always left you with a smile.

Outside of all those work related encounters, Mark would offer up some of his signature slow smoked ribs or meatballs, let you know just how good his Dallas Cowboys were doing, or share in a sip of Gerst and tequila. Mark also never failed to make sure those pups of his, Emma and Buddy got some good scratches and scraps. 

 

Mark Williams had a heart of gold despite his sometimes rough exterior. His stories were many and filled with musical and local knowledge on so many levels. His friendship and loyalty were very dear and fiercely important to him. He always shared how proud he was of his and Nacy's families without hesitation.

 

So many of those Mark knew, call him a friend. And through that friendship, most, if not all of us, met Nancy, the love of his life and center of his world. Mark would tell anyone who would listen about his lovely bride. Nancy and Mark would never bother anyone with their problems...... but would certainly give you anything they had to help us in time of need.

 

In that same spirit, let's raise some funds for Mark's bride and ease some of her worries in this difficult and terrible time.

 

All of the funds will go directly to Nancy and she can decide how to utilize them.
