Mark Vincent local windsurfing hero memorial bench

Hi my name is Russell and I’ve managed to reserve a place for a new bench and plaque with Fareham Borough Council on Hill Head beach opposite where Mark Vincent and I windsurfed together .

I’m hoping to raise funds to cover Farehams costs for manufacture and installation.

Once installed we will have a BBQ on the beach to celebrate !

PS if we smash this target , any surplus will go to Surfers Against Sewage ( SAS) - Marks (and my ) charity
