Mark & Tina Berrios Emergency Fund

Hi All, thank you for taking the time to visit this page! For those of us who know Tina and Mark Berrios jumping in and helping them during this difficult time is a no brainer. Tina and Mark are 2 amazing people who will give, do, and pray to help anyone out, at the sacrifice of their own personal needs. Tina is well known and loved  in the Fredericksburg Real-Estate community and I know many of you at other agency want to help so please share this page within your agencies/companies. For those of you who may not know Monday morning Mark experienced a medical emergency at home and was transported by emergency flight to UVA in Charlottesville VA for surgery. He suffered a hemorrhagic stroke, (An emergency condition in which a ruptured blood vessel causes bleeding inside the brain) he had surgery early this morning to clamp the aneurysm. The extent of damage to his motor function and daily processes is unknown at this time. He will be in the hospital closely monitored for the next 21 days at least. This means he won’t be able to work, Tina will be very limited in the amount of time she can work. She will have to drive back and forth to Charlottesville to be by the love of her life's side! Her son has drove up from Florida to be by her side. The bills both average daily household bills and future medical bills are going to be a huge financial burden beyond what we can only begin to estimate now. (Gas, parking, car payment, car insurance, house payment, utilities, medications, ect). They also have Mark and Tina's beloved fur-babies at home. You know they love those fur-babies!!!
