Mark Smirz-help to pay for end of life expenses

Hi, those of you this is reaching, you may or may not know me. My name is Todd McDonald and I am working to raise funds in memory of my best friend, Mark Smirz. He passed away from pancreatic cancer on February 12th 2024 without a will. The cancer moved quite quickly in the end. Although he knew a will was something he should and needed to do, he was unable to complete it before he lost strength. Mark fought for his life through his cancer journey maintaining positivity and spirit for life the entire time. I believe subconsciously in his mind, making a will was admitting defeat. His intention was to leave his estate to his 18 year-old step daughter, Brooke and his devoted girlfriend, Ananda, who walked nearly the entire journey with him until the end when it was no longer possible. Any assistance with this would be greatly appreciated by all those who knew him and were touched by his presence. He had an infectious smile and was always positive even in the face of adversity. I would just wish for him to be honored in a way that was respectful, full of love and reflected his zest for life. He never gave up on love with anyone and continued to try and reach out to those he loved even until the end.
