Mark Sharratt (Shazzy) fight Spinocerebellar Ataxia Disease

We all face our challenges in Life, currently a fantastic lad is facing the fight of his life.

Mark has recently been diagnosed with the devastating disease , Spinocerebellar Ataxia.

We all know how strong Mark was, after living in the UK for 35 years, Mark managing to be a professional National hunt jockey before starting a new life in America - Mark was there 24 years before contracting this degenerative disease Spinocerebellar Ataxia, this has already progressed rapidly with Pauline and her son having to fly to America to bring him home to his family who will support and care for him, Pauline acting as his carer with Mark having to live with her.

At the present time, the entire family are trying there best to come to terms with the sad future that they face.
