Suddenly and tragically, on November 2, 2025, we lost Mark Naylor. Mark was a dear friend to many, a colleague to us, a father of three, and a son. Mark worked for us at Elliott Coach Lines at our Breslau, Ontario location as a school bus driver. While he was only with us since March of 2025, Mark was a 10-year school bus veteran who was also a certified school bus driver trainer. We are undertaking this campaign to provide support for Mark's family as they deal with his untimely passing.

Mark's family needs our support. They are a tight knit and loving family unit. Mark leaves behind his father, Ralph, who lived with Mark in Kitchener. Other than his son Damian, who is away at post-secondary school in Toronto, Mark’s daughters Chloe & Olivia live in the same apartment building. The family have lived in the Kitchener-Waterloo Region for decades.

As a school bus driver, Mark made a positive difference in the lives of hundreds of children he took to and from school over the years. As a certified school bus driver trainer, Mark made sure that scores of drivers were trained to his standard of safety, and empathy. In this way, Mark’s direct and indirect influence positively impacted thousands and thousands of children.
