Mark Nanke started with the DNRC in 1981 at the conservation nursery in Missoula. He went to Clearwater Unit as an engine boss in 1993. The following year he returned to Missoula for a position at the SWLO aviation program. Nanke has been a cornerstone to the aviation program ever since. 

Sadly, Mark was diagnosed with stage four terminal cancer early this spring. To help in the smooth transition into his retirement we are hoping to raise money for medical assistance and family travel. Mark could use the funds as soon as possible; any amount of donation will help. Thank you so much.
