I'm his brother, and I have always been in the shadow of Mark's mission to help the less fortunate. When my mother developed Alzheimer's, we were all devastated. However, afterwards, Mark decided to devote himself to trying to make sure that more money was designated for research, and that we all recognize what a huge issue this is across the country. I admire his tenacity, especially with stage 4 prostate cancer with a somewhat troublesome outlook, he continues to fight for those that need help.
