My little brother Mark Kellar lost his home and all of his possessions in a fire on Sept 21, 2017. Due to health reasons he is on disability and is unable to work. He didn't have any insurance. He was sleeping and his dog alerted him to the fire. He was able to make it to safety as well as his dog. However he lost everything he only has the clothes on his back. He wasn't able to even get his keys, wallet, glasses or shoes. The Red Cross did give him $350 but everything is a total loss.
