I am 27 have suffered with mental health for a long time and got through various events that changed my life. I have and still use Andy's Man Club to help as just walking through the door and opening up to other men just takes a weight of your shoulders and helps you speak out. Male mental health has a long time been stigmatised. And i am raising money to help Andys Man Club fund further sessions and help more men in the UK realise there is a way out and its Okay to talk and don't be embarrased about it.

I have used and still using Andys Man Club to hell with talking and my mental health.
