On 6/16/2017 at 2PM Mark Etheridge was hit by a U-turning driver in Long Beach while on a test ride on a customer's Moto Guzzi G5. The young driver was possibly driving distracted as he made a sudden U-turn in Mark's path. 

Mark is currently in room 463 at Long Beach Memorial Hospital and he welcomes visitors. Mark has a broken hip and leg and a shattered knee but he is in stable condition. A day after the accident , he had surgery to plate his broken leg. Mark's shop, Moto Guzzi Classics, is temporarily closed and it's not clear when it will re-open. 

Mark is unaware of this that we are setting this campaign up. After over three decades of helping people with their Moto Guzzis, Mark needs a little help from the motorcycle community. All funds collected will go straight to Mark's bank account and will help stabilize his finances while he proceeds with more surgeries and physical therapy with the goal of returning to work at Moto Guzzi Classics.
