Mark Delgado passed away on Monday, February 11, 2019 unexpectedly. He was 44 years old. Mark was a teacher at MLK, in Denver, Colorado for many years. He touched many lives with the true impact of an unconquerable soul.
Mark's passing has left a hole in the heart of many students, colleagues, friends and family members.
Unfortunately, Mark did not anticipate or plan for an early death. As a Denver Public School teacher he was notoriously underpaid and his sister, Jennifer McDaniel and her family do not have the funds available to honor him as they lay him to rest with dignity.
It is with a very heavy heart that we are setting up this fund on Mark's behalf. He lived his life and found his joy in reaching the next generation and we need help in honoring his legacy as we remember him in his final chapter. As we say goodbye to this amazing human being we ask for your help in a final gesture of compassion on Mark's behalf.
