Mark Chodack’s funeral experience
Donation protected
It has been one week since Mark passed and I’d like to thank everyone who has reach out with kind words, been there for my mom or made a donation to help with experiences. Please consider sharing this with anyone you may know, every little bit helps and we are all hoping to reach a goal that will help Mom not have to worry about funeral experience so she can focus on closing the business.
Thank you again for your love and support
Mark A. Chodack passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on January 29, 2023. Mark was a wonderful Husband and loving Stepfather and Grandpa. Mark was loved by a large community of boaters and fishermen and ran Elizabeth Marine Service along side his wife Mariann for over 30 years. His knowledge of boats was impeccable and if you ever had the opportunity to to walk into their shop you were immediately considered family. Boating and fishing was Mark’s passion and nothing pleased him more then helping a friend with their boat or teaching his grandson how to fish and drive the boat. Mark’s unexpected passing has been devastating on us all. Unfortunately due to the pandemic their business suffered a great loss and my parents were struggling to keep the doors open. Mark being a sole proprietor always gave to his business and never put his needs ahead of his customers. Unfortunately he had no medical or life insurance and they had nothing put aside for an emergency. Elizabeth Marine Service kept him going and it was what he lived for. Whether you were dropping of a boat or just stopping in for coffee Mark and my mom always opened their doors and made you feel like family. I would like to give Mark the services he deserves and take the burden off my mom so she can concentrate on her loss and not the financial burden that awaits her with funeral costs and liquidating the business. Please consider donating, as any amount will truly help the family during this difficult time.
Thank you in advance and have a blessed day.
