Hello, I am Dave Mulder, and we are starting this fundraising initiative to support our fellow employee, Mark Beenken, as he battles leukemia. One month ago, Mark suddenly became ill, entered the hospital system and began treatments to eradicate the cancer cells in his body. Today, Mark is at home with his family and his faith guiding his path. Mark has been an integral part of the cooperative system for over forty years and a director in our Winfield United supply chain, leading our Agronomy Service Centers and FGI Warehousing. Agriculture is in Mark's DNA, as he and his wife Lynn raised their seven children farming in Northern Iowa, and today he continues to farm with some of his adult children. We are raising these funds to support his family as they enter harvest without Mark's ability to participate and with his wife and family focused on Mark's care.
