With heavy hearts, we announce the peaceful passing of Mark Anthony Harrison, beloved father of Shawna Kay Harrison, who left this world on November 2nd, 2025, at his home in Wolverhampton. Born on 25th March 1972, Mark lived a life defined by kindness, humility, and unwavering faith. As a proud Rastafarian, a dedicated mechanic, and a joyful soul, he made a lasting impact on everyone blessed to know him. We are creating this GoFundMe to raise £4,500 to help give him the dignified farewell he deserves.

Mark was well known throughout the community for his tireless work as a mechanic. His hands, always busy fixing engines or lending a hand, were a symbol of his dedication and generosity. Whether someone needed help with a car they couldn’t afford to repair or simply needed honest advice, Mark was always there. He approached every job with patience, pride, and a smile, and he never hesitated to give his time, even when life was challenging.

But Mark’s true legacy goes far beyond his work. He carried a peaceful and joyful spirit wherever he went. His warm greeting, his calm presence, and his deep belief in Jah touched the hearts of many. Friends often recall his uplifting words, his infectious laughter, and his ability to bring comfort without saying much at all. As a peaceful Rastafarian, he lived his faith every day—showing love, unity, and respect to all people. He believed in harmony, in gratitude, and in giving thanks, no matter the circumstance.

For his daughter, Shawna Kay, Mark was the centre of her world. He raised her with strength, wisdom, and unconditional love. He taught her to stay true to herself, to approach others with compassion, and to remain grounded in faith. His passing leaves a deep void in her heart, one that can only be softened by the beautiful memories he leaves behind.

Mark lived simply but powerfully. He appreciated the small joys of life—music, nature, community, and shared laughter. He found happiness in moments of togetherness and always tried to lift others up. He was the kind of man who would give even when he had little, who would help without being asked, and who would brighten a room just by entering it. His humility was matched only by his generosity.

As the family prepares to honour Mark’s life, we are faced with the reality of funeral expenses and final arrangements. We humbly ask for support to reach our goal of £4,500.
