Mark and Albina pay taxes to avoid Sheriff sale

Hi my name is Mark I am 66 years old,a veteran of the army and retired from the Postal Service and I need your help.My story is long but I will try to keep it short.We have fallen upon hard times recently due to Covid and unexpected bills.My wife Albina is a lung cancer survivor of 15 years and that is where it all started.We had mounting medical bills and ended up going through a foreclosure on our home.My wages were garnished for 17 years due to the foreclosure.We found another home and I took all of my retirement funds to pay medical bills and pay off home so as not to lose it.So when I retired due to physical conditions I didn’t have any funds left in my retirement.3months after retirement my wife and I both got Covid and are considered to be long haulers.Being on a fixed income has been tough and when we did our taxes we owed both state and federal taxes $3000 total.I managed to pay the Federal but not the state.This has also made me get behind on my property taxes by about $4000.Soon my home will be put up in Sheriffs Auction for back taxes.We are about to lose our home that is paid for because of property taxes.My wife and I are both still in I’ll health and this situation is not making things better.We do not have any close friends or family that can assist us and our credit is bad because of foreclosure and no savings.We also had to have one of our dogs put to sleep because of cancer and another one needed emergency surgery last month which took money away from what we could have used to partially pay on our taxes.We need your help.Please if you can help us we would be so grateful.Thank you and God Bless everyone
