Migdrey and Mark Wegman are warriors that have been fighting cancer during this past year.
My brother Mark had a major portion of the right side of his nose and cheek removed and a skin flap sutured in place. He is recovering after months of radiation and is doing well.
His wife Migdrey has been diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer that has not responded to various chemo treatments over the past 6 months at MUSC in Charleston, SC. After a recent consult at MD Anderson in Houston, TX ... sadly the focus has changed to keeping Migdrey comfortable during her final days.
Mark and Migdrey have had mounting expenses with medical treatments, airline, hotel and food. When Mark is away from work there is no income. He has used all benefits available to him.
Mark will be taking Migdrey to her parents home and will be helping them with her care. During this timeframe Mark will not have income.
Please help in anyway you can. The money will be used toward medical and travel expenses that they have and will be incurred over the next few months.
