Mark Alan Lucas

Hi, my name is Stacey. I am Sara and Jacob’s mom, and Mark is their father. Mark died unexpectedly on February 3, 2025. It shocked us all. Mark was remarried to a woman named Brooke, who had filed for divorce 3 days prior to his passing. Since then, we have been unraveling what led to his death. With Brooke refusing to pay for cremation costs or even allowing the kids to retrieve any of his personal belongings from the house, such as his uniforms, badge, or pictures, it’s added a degree of insult to their grief.

We are planning a proper memorial for Mark on May 4, 2025. This will allow the community, friends, and Mark's entire family to celebrate his life in the manner in which he deserves. We appreciate all the love, support, and prayers we have received from across the country and will keep everyone up to date on the ongoing investigation of his death and the fight to retrieve his belongings.
