Maritime Radio Presenters Zip Line for Alexander

Donation protected
Gary Sylvester, John Reen, Claudia Navarro and Andy Sayers; 4 of our bravest radio presenters, are going to sail head first down the longest Zip Line in England at Hangloose Adventure Park in Bluewater on 7th October to raise money for a local child's cancer medication.

Please will you sponsor us to help raise money to keep this amazing little boy receiving the life saving cancer medication he needs!

9 year old Alexander has a very aggressive brain tumour that has also spread to his spine. He has endured 2 brain surgeries and one spinal surgery plus 6 weeks of daily radiotherapy. His parents were told he only had a 20% chance of survival with these standard NHS treatments so they searched the globe to find the latest treatments outside of the NHS.

They found a breakthrough medication that really works for him and stops the tumours from growing back but it costs £3,700 per month and they fundraise to pay for it. It is coming to the NHS for all children next spring but his parents have to keep fundraising until then.

We will be doing a live broadcast at 2pm on the 7th October from Hangloose Adventure Park in Bluewater so you can tune in and listen in to our screams on the day!!!!!!

Thank you for supporting us.
