Marissa's tragic accident.

Hi My name is Valerie I'm one of Marissa's aunt's.

On November 19th Marissa was in a severe car accident. She is currently hospitalized and is coherent while she is recovering. The events of this accident have left her family reeling, as Marissa has been a rock to so many people. Well we are grateful that she is alive and healing we are also doing what we can to shield her from the financial burden as much as possible. Recovering should not come at such a severe financial cost but until that changes, we are asking for assistance in order to help the one who always helps everyone. Marissa lives to support others and we are asking for people to support her in her time of need.

Update: She's currently still hospitalized and healing but has had a setback on November 27th. She tried to get out of bed without any assistance and proceeded to fall which led to an additional aggravation to her injuries. This means that she will be in a neck and back brace for several months. She is still waiting on a second surgery to be performed on her ankle. All of the events have accumulated in her experiencing severe pain in her back neck and ankle we are thankful that she is awake coherent and talking.
