Marissa's special needs

Our daughter Marissa is 3 almost 4years old and born with a rare chromosome genetic disorder. Unfortunately it has hindered her early development quite a bit. She only eats pureed food, says a handful of words, and isn't anywhere near a 3 almost 4 year old level. After a lot of evaluations and many disappointments, we have finally found her the right place for improvements, through Kaufman's Children's Center. This place has an amazing track record with even more amazing people. Our health insurance isn't helping us cover any of the costs and at $140hr this is draining our family. With the help of the Kaufman Center Marissa will learn to communicate and function at a level more be fitting of her acutal age. 100% of all donations will go directly to her schooling. And with a lot of hard work and a little bit of luck, Marissa will be able to have a normal childhood.
