April 30th 2021 on her way to a neighborhood corner store Marissa Bennett walking up the street pass a truck hearing a mans voice yelling at her “she was to close to his vehicle “. Marissa immediately responds “I’m sorry i was getting out the street i apologize, I’m sorry”.

Man yells back Derogatory remarks of her sexuality , her clothing , etc proceeding to say “Since you dress like a Man you can get beat up like one”.

Marissa was then terribly assaulted by at least 2 men that night and left in the middle of the street, face down , in a puddle of her own blood for dead.

Marissa was rushed to emergency room where she was admitted for a broken cheek bone pending reconstructive surgery , two black eyes, a damaged eye socket, nose damage, a concussion, and need of both physical & occupational therapy (speech).

Marissa & Family are asking you THE people OUR people in this tragic , devastating, traumatic time of need to help us with donations for her medical expenses & justice for marissa fund. What happen to her should not have PERIOD. Should have never been Women vs man , and never because of her sexuality/appearance.
