On October 11th, 2020, our dreams, money, and hard work were taken away after a fire burned down our restaurant, Herencias Mexican Food in San Diego, CA. All of our savings were invested into this restaurant as we hoped to create a better future for our family, and community. We don’t just serve food, we also serve the community by donating, and volunteering. We have always taught our kids that no matter what situation you are in, you always help others.
Unfortunately, because we were renting the location, we will not recover the investment we put into the restaurant. Herencias Mexican Food was the main provider for our family, it will take time to get back on our feet. I understand these are difficult times, but we are desperate for help. Any donations and/or sharing of this page is greatly appreciated. When we re-open and you find yourself in San Diego please stop by, we would love to thank you in person!
