As with so many others, my heart breaks to see and know of the devastating fallout from the horrific Lahaina fires. The images shared via news reporting and social media outlets are painful to see and weigh heavy on our hearts. Our sadness cannot compare to the pain felt by the residents who lived through this ordeal; lost friends, family, homes, vehicles, jobs, schools, churches, community, and all the sentimental and meaningful elements that are woven into the beautifully unique and individual tapestries that tell our story.

I am writing in support of our dear friend Marisa Andoli who survived the devastating Lahaina fire, but like so many others lost everything. Prompted to evacuate by the sounds of explosions all around her, she drove through flames to escape - witnessing so many others who did not.  As a 37 year Maui resident, Marisa has lost her home and so much more.  She needs our love and support to lift her up as she finds her sea legs and begins the healing and rebuilding process. All funds raised go directly to Marisa to assist with relocation, housing, transportation, clothing, pet care, medical and all other personal and urgent needs.
