On December 19th, our family received a phone call with news that nobody should ever have to receive. Marion aka Kuinten had a self inflicted injury. As a result, he is in ICU with a traumatic brain injury. We believe in God’s healing power and know that nothing is impossible with Him. Marion is breathing on his own and showing signs of responsiveness.
He has a wonderful wife and two young, beautiful daughters. Their world has been turned upside down. They need him to fully recover and remain in their lives. His wife, family and close friends have been by his side the whole time.
Marion is kind, fun loving, the life of the party, always encouraging others and made friends with everyone! He serves in the Army National Guard and also works for the National Guard as a Surface Maintenance Mechanic. He was deployed to Kuwait and Afghanistan in 2016-2017.
Marion’s wife and 10 month old daughter have been staying in a downtown hotel since they reside a distance outside of the city and want to be as close as possible to him. We are asking for your help to raise funds to provide the best medical care, to keep the family staying close to him and to maintain the household. Although his wife works for Delta, she’s been home recently caring for their new baby. He also provides financial support for his 9 year old daughter, who still requires this support.
