I'm running the London Marathon this year raising money in aid of Reading Mencap where my ex- brother in law Brian Haines attends. Brian is an adult with down syndrome, with a lot to give. He loves attending Mencap, meeting his friends in a fun, friendly and safe environment. It's improved his quality of life, exposing him to a diverse range of activities and life skills, after learning to cope with the bereavement of his Mum & Dad.
