Marion Anthony Temple

My family is heartbroken over the loss of my husband and best friend. The Lord called Marion home unexpectantly on Sunday, March 19th. The power of the Lord and our bond led me and only me to find him. I found him peaceful and still handsome as he was. He told me over the years to never worry about him just take care of his daughter. He loved her and his son with every breath of his being. He had so many titles but he was also a stepfather to my two girls with whom he helped me raise. Their pain is felt at this time as well. Our world will never be the same but he left his legacy and blessings with his two beautiful children; Freddy Anthony Temple (27 years old) and Marnay Rayne Temple (16 years old). We loved him so much but God loved him more. Marion had so much love for his close friends and family and would always tell all he spoke to that he loved them. He was so unique and funny and true to his southern roots and his love for his Dallas Cowboy Team. He supported me for over 20 years with all of my dreams, ideas and ambitions. He always told me how proud he was of me and what a great mother I am. We were so blessed to have a child together. We found so much joy being parents and taking in every event, every milestone of her 16 years. He spoiled his kids. He was a protector and made sure we were around good people and friends. His love language was cooking. He loved to cook and watch everyone enjoy his favorite dishes. He made the best GUMBO. The last couple of days have been tough but I have to be strong for my kids. Freddy and Marnay deserve closure for the great father he is to them. We would like to memorialize him in an honorable and respectful way.
