My name is Mario and there's this girl named Jasmine who I've known for 3 years now. We met back in January 2023 in California when one of my friends introduced me to her at the mall when we hung out one time. My friend basically put me on, and so Jasmine and I got somewhat closer for like three months. Eventually, I was told that she was leaving for South Dakota because of some family issues. After two months, we eventually got with each other and have maintained an "online" relationship ever since.

I was hoping that eventually, when prom finally comes up, I would be able to take her. Only problem is that she's soooooo far away (1,000+ miles). Additionally, she has been dealing with a fractured molar where she needs to get oral surgery. Currently, I've been planning on trying to sell some of my art or other items to try funding ourselves for prom. She's been working at various jobs but has had to leave due to toxic work environments. As for me, I've been applying for multiple jobs yet haven't struck one yet. I was thinking of starting this GoFundMe to help raise some money for her possible travels over to California as well as helping her financially.
