The earthquake that struck Venezuela changed my uncle's life forever.

In a matter of minutes, he lost his 14 year old daughter, Sophia Isabella, and his home in la Guaira. Nothing can bring back the person he loved most or ease the pain of such a profound loss, but we hope to lighten at least a small part of the burden he now carries.

Our goal is to help him through the immediate challenges he now faces: giving his daughter the dignified farewell she deserves, replacing the essentials, such as a reliable means of transportation and basic necessities, and providing the support he needs to begin, little by little, rebuilding his life.

Every contribution, no matter how small, makes a difference.

En cuestión de minutos, perdió a su hija de 14 años y su hogar en la Guaira. Ninguna ayuda podrá devolverle lo que más ama ni aliviar el dolor de una pérdida tan profunda, pero esperamos poder quitarle al menos una parte del peso que hoy carga.

Queremos ayudarle a cubrir las necesidades más urgentes: darle a su hija la despedida digna que merece, ayudarle a recuperar lo más básico: como un medio de transporte y artículos esenciales, y brindarle el apoyo necesario para que pueda empezar, poco a poco, a reconstruir su vida.
