On Monday, Sept 5, our dear friend and friendliest cyclist in the Bay Area, Marino crashed his bike in an accident on the way to the Giro di SF.

He broke his cheek, temple, perforated his ear drum and had a severe concussion that has kept him in intensive care for 48 hours.

As you can imagine, medical bills (ambulance rides, overnight hospital stays, hell, even a Tylenol) it all adds up. Marino is going to be off work to heal (doctor's orders) and off the bike for a while.

Let's do our part. Give back to the guy that gives us all so much. No amount is too small. ;)
