With heavy hearts, we are coming together to support our coworker and friend during an unimaginable time.

He recently lost his beloved wife after her courageous battle with cancer. Her strength, love, and devotion to her family were evident to everyone who knew her. Tragically, this loss comes at an especially vulnerable moment for their family — they had just welcomed a baby who was born prematurely, and they also have another child who will be turning two next month.

Randall is a dedicated Emergency Room nurse who has spent his career caring for others in their most vulnerable moments. His wife, Marinette, was an equally devoted Nurse Practitioner who served the Kalihi-Palama Health Center, providing care to underserved patients and families. Together, they lived lives rooted in service, generosity, and love for their community.

In the midst of grief, he is now navigating life as a single parent while caring for a newborn who requires extra medical attention and a toddler who is just beginning to understand the world. No family should have to face this level of heartbreak and responsibility alone.
