Marine in need after treatment

Hello my name is jeff i am currently in VA inpatient care getting treatment for services related injuries i have been under VA care for about 5 months inpatient. I have never been the type of man to ask for help which is why i am here in the first place. while being in the hospital i have been unable to work therefor i have sold my truck and ran up some credit cards to take care of bills at home. i will be hopefully going home in may and look forward to hitting the ground running and back on my feet. I am not looking for a handout i am looking for a hand up. any help that is given will go towards paying off at least some of the bills and hopefully a vehicle that i will use to go to all of my follow up appointments as well as getting back into the work force. This is the first time i have ever asked for anykind of help like this and hopefully my last. So here i am swallowing my pride and being vulnerable.
