Hello, we are the Henderson Black Mountain Marine Corpe League. Saturday, April 8th, 2023, we will be hosting our annual Poker Run charity event at Sunset Park at 9 am. Your kind donations will assist in providing our valuable veterans with the following:

Service dogs - Statistics show at least 22 veterans a day are committing suicide due to PTSD, studies show that service dogs significantly reduce suicide rates.

Emergency aid to veterans and their families, such as a flight to visit an injured veteran, emergency surgery, etc.

Color guards/flags for veteran funerals.

Add Marine presence for burials of veterans who may no longer have any family or are homeless.

Financial and emotional support to veterans’ home residents.

We will not let them go out alone.
